Terms of Service
Methodical Money is a live, publicly available app. By using the app or website, you agree to use it responsibly and to contact support if you have questions about these terms.
Use of the product
Use Methodical Money to organize financial records that you are authorized to manage. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter, including accounts, categories, transactions, and readiness settings.
Account security
You are responsible for keeping access to your email account and Methodical Money account secure. If you believe someone has accessed your account without permission, contact support promptly.
No financial advice
Methodical Money is an organization and record-keeping tool. It does not provide banking, payment processing, investment, lending, tax, legal, or financial advice. You are responsible for decisions you make based on your own financial situation.
Availability
We aim to keep Methodical Money available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Features may be added, changed, or removed as the app evolves. We may update, suspend, or discontinue features without notice.
Subscription & billing
New subscribers receive a two-week (14-day) free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically begin and you will be charged the then-current subscription price.
Subscriptions are billed and processed through Google Play. Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Your Google Play account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Google Play account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you'll retain access to paid features until then. Methodical Money does not process cancellations directly — all cancellations must go through Google Play.
Refund requests are handled by Google Play in accordance with their refund policies. Methodical Money does not directly process refunds. Please contact Google Play support for refund requests.
We may change subscription pricing from time to time. If a change affects your existing subscription, we'll provide notice before it takes effect, in compliance with Google Play policies. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.
Free trial offers are limited to new subscribers and may not be combined with other offers. We reserve the right to determine trial eligibility at our discretion.
